Schrijf u in voor de Vets MXdN in Farleigh Castle!

De geweldige Motorcross der Naties voor Veteranen of ook wel de “Vets MXdN” genoemd vind elk jaar plaats in Farleigh Castle. Het is de grootste vintage wedstrijd ter wereld. Organisator Dave King maakt zich klaar voor weer een wervelende editie op zaterdag 7 en zondag 8 september 2019.

Sinds enkele dagen is de mogelijkheid er om in te schrijven voor deze wedstrijd voor landenteams. Ook kan je deel nemen aan de individuele reeksen. Vorig jaar waren de Amerikanen de grote winnaars van zowel de twinshocks- als de EVO-competitie. Je kan inschrijven op de officiële website van de Vets MXdN.

Er zal ook een lichte wijziging zijn in het format. Voor het eerst zal er voor de twee MXdN categorieën een extra kwalificatie zijn op zaterdag. Dit is wat we meekregen van de organisatie:

“For the first time in it’s eleven year history, there is a change to the format for the 2019 event, with the two Vets MXdN Team categories having an extra qualifying race on Saturday, The normal timed qualifying session will take place with team riders taking their place in the waiting zone from their own qualifying position. However, the first race will be a qualifying race whereby the top three team scores will be added together with the lowest TEAM points going 1st, 11th,21st and 31st to the start line in all four motos to follow. The team finishing second will go to the line 2nd, 12th,22nd and 32nd, so each Team Manager will need to decide a strategy ahead of each race.”
